The Role
As our new Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving brand awareness through strategic social media engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging social media content that promotes our products and services, building brand loyalty and driving customer interest.
- Manage and monitor all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Plan and execute social media contests and campaigns to increase engagement and reach.
- Develop social media advertising strategies to enhance reach and performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and audience preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a reputable company.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising models.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to evaluate performance.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
